We are looking for a client services officer whose role would primarily focus around keeping communication with clients and ensuring that timelines and service level agreements are adhered to. Requirements for this job include good communication skills, a high level of organization, punctuality and good eye for critical thinking. You will be assigned the responsibility to ensure clients are kept in the loop and liaise with our development teams to create a seamless communication line.
The work hours are 9am-5pm Monday - Friday.
