Must be able to carry out the following duties

• Attend to customers including customer refunds and any answering queries
• Responsible for processing cash and card payments.
• Balancing cash registers with receipts.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean - Stocking the goods.
• Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
• Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
