We are looking to recruit an customer relations/office administrator at our office in Lekki, who will manage the sales and marketing responsibilities of the organization. The position reports to the Creative Director of the company.
Job responsibilities
- Manage all customer relations including response to all customer inquiries, orders and feedbacks
- Manages the company's social media presence on various platforms including: Instagram, Twitter & Facebook
- Prepares periodic reports and analysis of orders, sales and customer feedbacks
- Carry out adhoc accounting responsibilities
- Maintains appropriate filing systems and book keeping
- Organizes and manages periodic staff meetings
- General supervision of office operations and environment to ensure that it is safe and appropriate for daily operations
Qualification and skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a high standard of quality service
- Good knowledge and ability to use social media tools including: Instagram, Twitter, facebook, YouTube etc.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages especially Microsoft Excel
- Proactive and have good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills
