GRID Consulting, is a leading Management Consulting firm providing technical support to projects in development sector particularly within the areas of financial management and Human Resources management. In implementing our deliverables, we work with a wide range of clients, including; International partners and agencies, Academic institutions and civil society groups.
In response to the high demand of our expertise within several donor funded projects, we seek to employ a HR admin Officer to provide additional support towards strengthening our Human Resource unit.
Human Resource Admin Officer:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all administrative function within the department. He/she will also serve as an Information/liaison officer for all cross functional units within the organization.
Additional Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate staff Leave administration
- Coordinate staff attendance within GRID
- Prepares and circulates all updates on HR activities provided internally and to all clients monthly
- Manage the HR database systems both electronically and by physical filling
- Provide support in setting up interviews and all relevant correspondence to candidates
- Route all HR related queries to the necessary functional leads
- All other functions as specified by the HR director
Qualification Required:
- The preferred candidate should have an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in related fields
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience in administrative roles/related field.
- S/he must have excellent communication, organisation, and coordination skills,
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision,
- Excellent knowledge of the use of Microsoft office tools is essential for this position;
