We are presently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager who will strategically partner with the leadership team to deliver exceptional and consistent customer service to our staff in all HR matters with a focus on recognizing and encouraging diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Job Responsibilities;

• Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain employee handbook/policies and procedures manual.
• Ensure that open positions are quickly filled with top talent in a cost-effective manner
• Manage the company's relocation program for prospective new hires and existing employees
• Prepare/post internal & external advertisements in the applicant tracking system; reviewing resumes and applications.
•  Track/analyze recruiting progress throughout the entire life-cycle
• Maintain human resources information system records and compiles reports from database
• Maintain knowledge of current human resources state and federal regulations
• Carry out job duties while maintaining the Lane values

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; major specializing in Human Resources.
• Entry level.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to strict deadlines
• Work effectively in a team with all levels of the organization
